Celebrating Three Incredible Careers at Springco! 🎉 Last week, we had the privilege of hosting a very special lunch to honour three pillars of our team—David, Brian, and Stanley—who are now preparing for a well-earned retirement after years of dedication and service to Springco. These remarkable men have collectively given decades of loyalty, leadership, and hard work, leaving a lasting impact on our company culture, values, and success. Their experience, wisdom, and good humour have been a cornerstone of our working life. We laughed and reminisced, but also felt the bittersweet emotions of saying farewell to colleagues who have become family. One particularly memorable moment was David’s heartfelt (and humorous!) farewell speech. A fitting tribute to his time with us, he said: "Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew When the office bit off more than they could chew, But through it all, when there was doubt, We set it up and got it out. I faced it all, and I stood tall, And did it my way." Their careers have been filled with countless achievements, challenges overcome, and stories that will continue to inspire all of us.
