Lymphoma is the most common type of blood cancer. Blood cancer patients experience some of the most significant delays to diagnosis of all cancer patients - with 1/3 of patients diagnosed in an emergency setting, when their disease has progressed and outcomes are likely to be worse. We're a member of the Blood Cancer Alliance , and we want to see a new national cancer strategy that contains specific measures to address challenges in diagnosing blood cancer to help patients lead longer, better lives. #Lymphoma #BloodCancer

Initially started as a way of acknowledging the work of the physics professor WC Röntgen, who discovered X-rays, it has since developed into a broader celebration of radiography and the health professionals who work within this specialty. “I remember thinking after the stem cell transplant that ‘this was it’ and I wouldn’t see my sons go to university. Thankfully I did, and the developments in science and medicine have made my remission possible. The initial findings of the first ever national non-Hodgkin lymphoma audit are now available.
