"We have so many successful pilots in this country, but we struggle to scale them." This insight from the Shaping Future Care Conference really resonated with us, and it’s a challenge we echo. At Care City, we’re committed to sharing learnings from our pilots to help others adopt and scale successful initiatives. A great example of this is our work on upskilling Domiciliary Care Workers to use remote monitoring tech to help people stay healthy at home. Insights from our pilot in the London Borough of Redbridge informed the implementation of Kit4Care in Devon, where Whzan Digital Health technology helps detect ill health in homecare clients and assess risk.
