Last month, we announced the arrival of Thomas Olszewski as a new partner of the fund.

Thomas was a VC prior to starting his own FinTech business in the consumer credit space. He is now happy to be back on the investing side.

A strong wake-up call from Lloyds Banking Group last week on rising fraud in the holiday sector.

"Holiday purchase scams have risen 7% in the last year, with victims losing £765 on average. Even legitimate booking sites, such as Booking.com and Airbnb have been used to lure people into scams."

The demand for improved risk management solutions and comprehensive insurance coverage in the travel industry is more pressing than before. With nearly 1 million stays safeguarded, our portfolio company Superhog is establishing itself as a top solutions provider in this sector. It aids both hosts and guests in combatting fraud effectively.
