This isn’t your typical “I’ve always known I wanted to be an entrepreneur” launch post. 

I got my degree in a “safe” field. 
Landed my first job in public accounting 15 years ago. 
Spent over a decade working a corporate career.

I built financial expertise through 12 years of work at EY — and welcomed the challenge.

I loved the numbers and the data.
I enjoyed understanding how big companies manage money. 
I appreciated working with some of the smartest people in accounting & tax today. 

But after a decade of experience, managing spreadsheets and handling tax returns for massive corporate accounts wasn’t making the full impact I wanted to have. 

Then Covid hit. The world slowed down. My job went remote. 

I was forced to ask myself some deep questions:

What drives me? 
Who do I want to work with?
How can I use my knowledge to help people? 

I started to see a clear picture of what I want from my financial career. 

I want to watch the visceral impact of finance on the world. 
I want to use my talents out on the front lines, where change is happening. 
I want to be a trusted advisor helping passionate founders grow their companies. 
I want my clients to know they can text me anytime, anywhere when they need insight for a big decision. 

So, a few years ago, I launched into fractional finance and found a space where I could do just that: startups, small businesses, and early-stage ventures.
