Jungle Ventures is a Singapore-based venture capital firm that invests in and supports early-stage technology companies in Asia. The firm focuses on Series A and B investments, providing capital, mentorship, and access to a global network to help startups scale and succeed.

We started Jungle in 2012 with the goal of creating a different kind of venture capital firm, by not trying to be everything to everyone. We have done this by focusing on fewer investments than our peers and only targeting entrepreneurs who have ambitions to build regional if not global category leaders. 

We also invested in building a team that has more than 100 years of actual operating experience and diverse networks in the region, with a deep commitment to helping the few entrepreneurs that we back every year. This has helped our founders be more effective at early stages with Jungle providing steady access to longer term capital and relevant market expansion expertise.

Jungle invests in three macro themes- digital brands serving the young consumers of Asia, technology platforms that help Asian SME's adopt technology and disruptive technology ideas with global potential. Lately, in my discussions with investors and founders within the Enterprise software sector, a recurring theme is the potential shift towards voice interfaces due to advancements in GenAI amongst others. It's becoming increasingly apparent that the traditional user experience of navigating through multiple clicks to perform tasks like issuing an invoice or searching for specific documents may soon be replaced by simple verbal commands to the system.

I wholeheartedly agree with this sentiment and believe it will revolutionize the landscape of software development and the entire enterprise software industry. Except that i had met someone 6 years ago who was already building away toward this vision!! :) 

So proud of Sachin Dev Duggal and the #builder team for releasing Codegen with Natasha- that turns voice into code and hence further turbo charging our ability to delivery any software powered idea with unparallel precision and speed!
