Marty Butler is a seasoned healthcare executive with experience leading healthcare organization of various size. In Marty’s roles as both President and CFO he has led strategy, operations, sales & account management, finance, M&A and post-merger integration. As President & CFO for ExactCare Marty led the organization’s overall vision and strategy for success as well as executive oversight and leadership for ExactCare’s financial activities. In his role as President, Marty helped lead the merger and take private of public company TabulaRasa Healthcare – and now serves as the CFP of the combined company. From 2012 to 2022 Marty was CFO of ExactCare, joining the company soon after the organization was established in 2009. During Marty’s tenure ExactCare has experienced notable growth—expanding rapidly from a regional pharmacy care provider to a national healthcare company serving tens of thousands of patients every year. Prior to ExactCare Marty was President of a Cleveland Clinic spin-off and also lead Operations for Whole Health Management before being sold to Walgreens in 2008. Marty graduated from Harvard Business School in 2003 and joined Eaton’s Corporate Development & Planning group after business school. Marty joined NCV in 2023 as a member of our newest Syndication Fund.

Ramona Hood brings more than three decades of FedEx experience to her role as president and CEO of FedEx Custom Critical. She began her career with the organization in 1991 in an entry-level position and navigated single motherhood, higher education, and full-time work to construct a thoughtful career lattice. In doing so, Ramona obtained a number of executive leadership positions at FedEx Custom Critical and FedEx Supply Chain that provided her with a deep understanding of all aspects of the transportation world.
