The funds will be used to accelerate the deployment of more than 30,000 electric motorcycles in Vietnam over the next two years, with the potential to reduce nearly 26,000 tons of CO2 emissions annually. 🛵 🍃 

Day Bike aims to continue setting the standard in Vietnam's electric vehicle market–one of the fastest-growing in Southeast Asia, with a penetration rate expected to reach 40% by 2040. 🇻🇳

Komunidad has secured a venture debt partnership with the Global Innovation Fund, a London-based non-profit dedicated to empowering the world's most vulnerable communities. This partnership will enable Komunidad to advance its early warning systems and weather data analytics platforms, enhancing the company’s ability to support #ClimateResilience.

🥂🍾Thrilled to share that ecoSPIRITS, a Wavemaker portfolio company, has secured US$3 million in trade finance facilities from Singapore-based DBS Bank. The fresh financing was secured under Enterprise Singapore’s ‘Enterprise Financing Scheme – Green’ (EFS-Green), and is one of the first ‘green’ loans for the packaging technology sector in Southeast Asia. It is a follow-on to ecoSPIRITS’ US$10 million Series A funding round closed last April. 

The loan will help the startup accelerate manufacturing activities, as it works more closely with global clients to integrate circular packaging technology into their supply chains globally.
