The event is about innovation in the field of sports and wellness, researching and debating with the main players in the system, dedicated to exploring new technological frontiers in sports and the role of Made in Italy in this dynamic context.

The day will begin with an engaging "Fireside chat" featuring an Italian Olympic champion Massimiliano Rosolino. Afterwards, keynotes by international experts such as Carlo De Marchis (Sports media tech expert), Federico Schena of University of Verona and Paolo Pio of Exceptional Ventures will examine the global scenarios of sports innovation and wellness tech, highlighting the positioning of Made in Italy. 

The morning will continue with two panel discussions: the first one will offer the perspective of international investors, with Rohn Malhotra (SportTechX, Match Ventures), Giacomo Mollo (iN3 Ventures) and myself, while the second one will feature massimo carnelos (Head of Innovation - Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation - Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale), Luca Di Persio (ITA - Italian Trade Agency) and Mariarita Costanza (Macnil GT Alarm  and Everywhere SB) who will discuss strategies for global success. 

The event will conclude with an exclusive "Champions showcase" and interviews with representatives of some of the leading Italian companies within Sport Tech.  After Manila and Berlin (and Bonn), ROME HERE I COME!

We couldn’t leave #SuperVenture Berlin without giving another gift to the audience, Paolo Pio finished the HealthTech discussion with a short yet powerful breathwork exercise that left everyone feeling focused and calm.

We demonstrated the Physiological Sigh: a quick and effective breathing technique to reduce stress and anxiety. It involves two short inhalations through the nose followed by one extended exhalation through the mouth.

This simple practice can decrease blood pressure and heart and breathing rates, modulating our nervous system and curbing the fight-or-flight response (source in the comments).
