At the end of the day, a lot of people end up shopping with their eyes and I think Sovereign’s packaging and their ability to promote their product is the number 1 reason that people go to them. Then when they actually experience the product, the quality is so good that they end up coming back. We also have a uniqueness about us: We offer products that a lot of the market don’t offer. That gives the South African public the opportunity to access products that they can’t get anywhere else or from anybody else. And I think our customer service is fantastic. If something does go wrong, we immediately try and rectify the situation.
