Last week our very own Aaron Alberts and Robert Plumridge facilitated a round-table discussion about applying AI to improve quality at the AIAG Quality Summit. Relying on traditional methods like SPC alone to control quality often results in discovered defects far too late in complex processes. Reliance users can now get predictive alerts sent directly to the platform based on real time machine learning analysis of their shop floor data through Acerta LinePulse. The best part? Reliance users can add context to the alerts based on their expertise and experience. This context gets sent back to LinePulse and improves the algorithm.
