 Matthew serves as a Development Operations Engineer on the OneTech Dealer Platform & Engineering Team. With just under two years at Toyota, we're excited to feature him in this month's employee spotlight.
 
 After completing his education at UT Dallas, Matthew joined the OneTech trainee program, which offered him the chance to work across various departments and rapidly develop his skills in a corporate setting. Initially unsure of his direction, Matthew's experience rotating through departments helped him find his niche and transition to a full-time role within OneTech. He reflects on his journey and the impact of Toyota's Kaizen culture.

At Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina, we are passionate about preserving nature on our new site and partnering with local schools and universities to give them a platform to grow and shine. 

We have partnered with students in North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University’s landscape architecture program to design and build a culturally inclusive, environmentally friendly outdoor experience involving a trail system and a variety of outdoor educational environments. We can't wait to see their designs come to life.
