Don't use generative AI to write your personalised outreach! 🛑

Why?

🙊 Generative AI is rarely good at capturing your branding or tone of voice, which means if you generate a message you have to go back and edit it.

😵💫 Generative AI is at risk of hallucinating - that is they can make things up! You'll need to fact-check every message.

👬 If you send a "personalised" message  to someone they've likely already seen the same message and "personalisation".

🥸 It's dishonest to pretend that you spent time reading a profile and personalising it (especially when it's so obvious that you used GPT) and is damaging to your employer branding.

tl;dr the time + cost that you spend generating sendable messages to candidates far exceeds the time it would have taken to write a real personalised message.
