Our taste buds had a field day thanks to New School Foods ! Auke de Vries , Chris Bryson , and Plamen Nikolov wowed us with an R&D deep dive and interactive tasting session that made plant-based fish the star of the show 🎣 Myo Palate impressed with cutting-edge research, led by Charlie Hua , showcasing innovations that could change how we think about nutrition and performance. Rather than raising an entire animal for food, the Myo Palate team takes a small sample of cells and grows them under precisely controlled conditions. This innovative approach allows them to produce the same meat—without animal suffering and with a dramatically reduced environmental impact.
