Founded in 2017, the company unveiled the world’s first cultivated thin-cut beef steak in 2018, the world’s first cultivated ribeye steak in 2021, and cultivated collagen in 2022. Under its product brand, Aleph Cuts™, the company is launching its first product, the cultivated Petit Steak, grown from non-modified cells of a premium Black Angus cow.

We've been conducting a series of chef workshops to explore how Aleph Cuts, the world’s first cultivated beef steaks, can be tailored to local preferences. These efforts are providing crucial insights into the dynamics of this strategic market, fortifying our foundation for a successful launch and scale-up in the region. After leading the first substantial deal between Israel and the United Arab Emirates following the Abraham Accords, I am convinced of the immense potential that regional partnerships hold in addressing food security as a key to rebuilding a more stable Middle East, both in the mid and long term. Amid the ongoing tragic conflict in our region, we must stay true to our values and embrace our shared commitment to healing—not just for our world, but for the vital relationships that will shape our children’s future. Food, a fundamental need that transcends politics and borders, can serve as common ground to foster trust and cooperation in a divided region.
