Furthermore, our private capital allows us to invest in a variety of industries, including vice industries (e.g. cannabis, firearms, tobacco, and adult). Finally, we are free to invest across the capital structure and in structured financial assets. ​
 
We have no outside investors, and are 100% employee-owned through our unique ESOP corporate structure. We pride ourselves in our ability to structure mutually beneficial transactions. As a result, we are free to focus on people, partnerships, and generating long-term value.​
