Surf’s up—and so are new sushi flavors! Since we're all aboard for making seafood fun and inviting, we’ve added a few new twists to the classic California Roll: Coconut, BBQ, pineapple, and more! What flavors do your consumers crave?

The California Roll became the gateway for Americans to discover sushi, thanks to a perfect storm of innovation. With sushi chefs crafting the first California Rolls, Aquamar founders building North America’s first surimi facility, and surfers leading the charge as early adopters in the late 70s and early 80s, sushi gained traction across the U.S. We’re proud to continue this legacy alongside the SURFER Big Wave Challenge.
