Hermès According to Hermès Group's Q3 2024 financial report, comparable revenue in the Asian market excluding Japan increased by 1% YoY, excluding currency effects, a slowdown compared to the 10% increase in H1 2024. Meanwhile, foot traffic in the Greater China region declined. #BEKE #BEIKE #RealEstate BigOne Research | Real Estate Market Observation: Changes in Transaction Volume of Existing Housing On September 24, China government introduced a new round of real estate easing policies, lowering loan interest rates and down payment ratios for existing housing, and cooperating with first-tier cities to relax purchase restrictions and social security payment period requirements to varying degrees, boosting market optimism. Affected by this, the YoY growth rate of existing housing transactions in the two weeks after the policy (9/22-10/6) in cities at all levels was significantly ahead of that before the policy (9/8-9/21). Among them, the YoY growth rate after the policy in first-tier cities was as high as 84%, and the transaction volume in second- and third-tier cities was increased by 48%/52% YoY respectively. BigOne tracked BeiKe weekly data from 9/29 to 10/6 shows that among the 80+ sample cities, the MoM growth rate of housing viewing volume and transaction volume were +20% and +11% respectively; in first-tier cities (taking Guangzhou as an example), the MoM growth rate of housing viewing volume and transaction volume were +32% and +16% respectively, and the number of views and transactions in new first-tier cities were +20%/+8% MoM respectively, and that in the second-tier cities were +16%/+3% MoM respectively. On August 19, 2024, Luckin Coffee released a co- branded product with "Black Myth: Wukong", the "Black Myth Soaring Americano" coffee, along with three types of co-branded cup sleeves, paper bags, and 3D limited posters (holographic cards) and other peripherals.
