Last week we hosted 11 payments leaders from across BSIP’s portfolio companies in Frisco, Texas, for our 2024 Payments Summit. The team exchanged ideas and best practices on key topics including underwriting and transactional risk management strategies, GTM strategies for maximizing payments attach rates for new SaaS customers, key KPI and financial metrics to track, and new products/services to launch in 2024.

Over the two-day event, the group analyzed and discussed every aspect of integrating, launching, and scaling embedded payments within a SaaS company. The engagement and insights shared were exceptional. Beyond the productive sessions, the team enjoyed networking, touring Dallas Cowboys World HQ, and savoring delicious food in great company. 

A big thank you to all attendees, with special appreciation to Kevin Gallagher for organizing the event and our very own John Durrett, jeff gardner, and Patrick Mizer for sharing their expertise on insightful payments topics.

Looking forward to an incredible event this week at the Star of Frisco, where we are bringing together 13 Payments GM's and Operational staff from Blue Star Innovation Partners portfolio companies for a two day intensive Payments Workshop. Representatives from CARET, TravelNet Solutions, Inktavo, Sonar Software, Storable, PatientNow, Finvi and 365 Retail Markets will be onsite discussing best practices and strategies for payments attach rates on new software sales, cross selling, marketing value props for integrated payments, onboarding and underwriting, key KPI's and financial reporting and new products and services to launch in 2024. Should be an awesome event!

We're excited to announce that Inktavo has acquired SignTracker, a comprehensive management software platform for sign shops. This partnership will continue Inktavo's vision to enable branded merchandise businesses to sell and produce a broad range of apparel, promotional products, and signage.
