Auf dem Bild sehen Sie das Herzstück eines Kaltwalzgerüsts. Hier walzen wir Bandstahl mit einer Eingangsdicke von bis zu 16 mm und erreichen Feinschneidqualitäten im gesamten Dickenspektrum, beginnend bei 0,8 mm. Durch den Einsatz sehr hoher Walzenkräfte und regelbarer Bandzüge, optimieren wir den Umformprozess und erzielen eine Querschnittsverminderung von mindestens 25%. Je nach Verwendungszweck erfolgt nach dem Kaltwalzen ein Glühprozess, gefolgt von einem Nachwalzen, um die Oberflächenqualität weiter zu verbessern.
