Role Overview:
As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new leads, negotiating with prospective clients, building relationships, preparing and delivering pitches and presentations for the clients, work on building a solid pipeline of clients and managing virtual and in-person meetings.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
· Discover and develop new business leads for the company to drive revenue growth.
· Foster a relationship with the clients and understand their needs to convert potential clients.
· Prepare and deliver sales pitch for the clients and deliver prospective results for the same. 
· Utilize market insights to position our offerings effectively and identify untapped opportunities.
· Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction and
retention.
· Assist the Business Development Lead in preparing reports, and forecasts to communicate progress, trends and potential areas for growth.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
 
· Lead, mentor, and manage a team.
· Develop and execute strategies to ensure in-time acquisitions of vehicles and captains to meet operational demands.
· Negotiate favorable rates with vehicle suppliers and captain partners, maximizing cost efficiency.
· Monitor and assess the quality of acquired vehicles and captain profiles, ensuring they meet company standards.
· Secure better payment terms with suppliers.
· Implement initiatives to enhance supply retention, addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships.
· Analyze market trends and competitor practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
· Establish performance metrics for the team and track progress toward acquisition goals.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless integration of new acquisitions.

As the performance lead, you will be responsible for developing financial forecasts, monitoring and tracking financial performance, analyzing financial data, developing and maintaining financial models, cross collaborating with the departments, communicating insights and supporting ad hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop financial forecasts for the company, including P&L projections, revenue forecasts, and expense forecasts.
· Monitor and track the company's financial performance against forecasts and identify areas of opportunity and risk.
· Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business performance.
· Collaborate and work closely with various departments, including finance, sales, and marketing, to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
· Communicate financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management and department heads.
· Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and analysis.
· Support ad hoc financial analysis as needed, including scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis.

Qualifications:
