🌟 Serge is Vice President of Alliances & OEMs EMEA, France Government Affairs at NVIDIA. He oversees Data Centers & Cloud, Storage & ISVs to develop Artificial Intelligence & compute adoption from end to end. Before joining NVIDIA in 2004, he spent 20 years working in the IT sector in different positions for OEMs such as Dell Technologies, Packard Bell, and NEC Corporation, but also software companies at the European level. 
Serge holds an MBA from INSEAD.

🔶 Did you know that less than 1 in 5 people working in the tech sector is a woman? 👩🏻‍💻 Stats from the Grande Ecole du Numérique reveal that only 30% of employees in the French digital sector are women, dropping to a mere 18% in Europe. 🌍 
🔶 According to Bpifrance, there's a positive trend in the entrepreneurial journey of women. 👩‍💼 More women are launching their own projects and gaining confidence in their entrepreneurial endeavors. 
🔶 However, some stereotypes remain. In startups, men can raise 1.6 times more funds than their female counterparts, and female teams are 4.3 times less well-funded than male teams.
