At a special Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services roundtable yesterday, Cambia CIO Laurent Rotival shared how we are advancing #interoperability and simplifying the prior authorization process across the health care industry. Since launching the nation’s first end-to-end HL7 #FHIR prior authorization workflow in 2022, we have seen immediate improvements in efficiency, turnaround time, provider and patient satisfaction, and more. "It was a significant undertaking," Rotival shared with the roundtable. "But it successfully demonstrated how interoperability reduces the administrative burden, accelerates access, and improves the patient experience."
