Today we announced the successful closing of an oversubscribed Series B financing of $175 million, which will support the advancement of our lead program, CPTX2309, through clinical proof-of-concept studies for #autoimmune disorders. We are also pleased to welcome Nanna Lüneborg, Ph.D., MBA, to our Board of Directors.
 
CPTX2309 is the flagship of our tLNP platform, delivering an mRNA payload encoding for an anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor to CD8-expressing T cells, effectively engineering CAR-T cells in vivo for the treatment of autoimmune disorders.
