The Future of PR is Measurable Last week in Dubai, we partnered with Brazen MENA to host an insightful breakfast event, "Measuring Impact: PR Best Practices." This session brought together industry leaders to discuss the evolving landscape of PR measurement and its growing significance. The event opened with a compelling keynote by Paige Lingwood (Insights Consultant, CARMA), who introduced the MEL framework—Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning. She also presented Reputation by CARMA, a holistic framework measuring six key pillars across three critical data sources: audience opinion, traditional media, and social media. Following the keynote, a dynamic panel discussion featured Paige , Maria Talakina (Insights Director, CARMA) and Khyati Megchiani (Senior Account Manager, Brazen MENA), moderated by Kamran Malik (Head of Finance Sectors, CARMA). The Measurement Month momentum continues—this time in Asia! This week in Singapore, we hosted an event titled "Corporate Reputation Matters: The Role of Communications in Earning Trust" in collaboration with PRCA APAC . The keynote was delivered by our Research Solutions Director, Nur Sabrina Azmi , who introduced the audience to Reputation by CARMA—a holistic framework measuring six key pillars across three data sources (audience opinion, traditional media, and social media).
