1️⃣ “I want to optimize my working capital and generate liquidity as fast as possible without involving my procurement and suppliers.”  
With SPS, our partner Delfactis AG, a regulated payment service provider, pays your suppliers' invoices immediately, while you repay the amount with an additional payment term of up to 60 days. This eliminates the need to negotiate payment terms with suppliers, allowing you to benefit from enhanced cash flow, take advantage of discounts and maintain your price margin. 📝 

2️⃣ “I already have a Supply Chain Finance program in place, but I would like to leverage the combined effects of both solutions.” 
If you already have a SCF program, adding our Supplier Payment Solution will help you generate liquidity from non-participating suppliers or those offering fast-payment discounts. Combining both solutions gives you greater flexibility and more efficient working capital management. 📈 

3️⃣ “I plan to set-up a Supply Chain Finance program and want to implement SPS in advance to achieve liquidity effects from day one.”   
 If you're planning to introduce a SCF solution but want to achieve immediate liquidity, you can implement our SPS upfront. This allows you to optimize working capital from day one while you work on implementing the SCF program. Once the SCF program is fully running, SPS can be ramped down or used in parallel to benefit from both solutions. 📊

Last Wednesday, we hosted our first Working Capital Summit in the
Lufthansa Training & Conference Center Seeheim. ✈

It was a pleasure to welcome our valued clients and partners, both familiar faces and new contacts. 
The day was filled with inspiring discussions, opportunities for networking and insightful presentations.

The highlights of the day were:

🔦ZF Group Friedrichshafen showcased how they run different working capital finance structures on the #CRXMarketplace.

supports the information demand in receivables finance transactions. 
🔦A report on the cooperation between CRX Markets AG and CaixaBank and why CRX Markets is their partner of choice.
🔦The CRX Markets #team provided insights on current developments around the EU #LatePaymentDirective as well as Basel IV regulation and an introduction to the new Supplier Payment Solution (#SPS), which is now live and allows corporates to improve working capital without the involvement of suppliers.
