Yaron Elad, Managing Partner and CEO of Elron Ventures, participated in a fireside chat regarding mergers and acquisitions along with Einat Weidberg, Partner at Shibolet & Co. Together, they bring over 15 years of shared experience in M&A transactions, having worked on approximately 20 deals together. 
They shared insights highlighting the nuanced and crucial role of investors in the M&A process, where they should be involved, where they shouldn’t, when the floor should be cleared for management, and mainly how a veteran M&A practitioner such as Einat brings extensive value to the process from both the legal and business aspects.
