Today we're excited to launch real-time behavioral intent triggers in Correlated Playbooks. The way intent triggers work is that we allow you to identify when a user has visited a pricing page, documentation, white paper or high value blog post and use that to trigger an action in products like Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot and more.

This is particularly powerful when paired with Correlated Scores and Routing. Now you can identify a high propensity to convert account in your self-serve user base, assign a user within that account to a salesperson and then trigger an Outreach or Salesloft campaign that's customized to their product usage when they go to your pricing page. Now that's speed to lead!

It's day 3️⃣ of 5️⃣ of launch week for us! Today we're excited to announce our completely overhauled Slack app which delivers Customer 360 views right within Slack.

What does that mean? With our redesigned Slack app, you're now able to pull data in from across multiple systems like product analytics, CRM and data warehouses as well as behavioral activity of accounts or users within your app or website. You can customize views within Slack alerts that are then routed to channels or DM'd to your sales and success teams.

This means whenever you set-up a PQL/PQA score or an alert when a high value customer visits your pricing page, you can provide additional context around what they are doing in your product or on your website and helpful information about how much they are spending, total seats used etc.

It's day 2️⃣ of 5️⃣ for our launch week. Today we're launching Intelligent Lead Routing!

SaaS companies with a self-serve/PLG business often have to shoe horn lead routing into more traditional B2B concepts like hand raisers or inbound demo requests.

What if you want SDRs, salespeople or CSMs to be assigned accounts in your self-serve user base when they hit an activation metric, look ready for expansion or are at risk of churn? Welcome to launch week for Correlated! It's day 1️⃣  of 5️⃣  and today we're unveiling our updated and improved AI-powered scoring product. We've made a ton of improvements to scoring including: 

🎼  Create and customize multiple scores based on your business' customer lifecycle: conversion, expansion, churn etc.

🔢  Set thresholds to determine how many leads are bucketed into high, medium or low so you can control how many accounts your team works.

🤖  Separate out firmographic / technographic ICP fit from behavioral markers like product usage or website visits and engagement to automatically define what matters most in determining high intent accounts.

Recently we were joined by Jacob Meltzer to talk about his experience building leading customer lifecycle teams at companies like Slack, Zendesk, Pagerduty and now Ironclad. He had some great key takeaways:

⚡ Segmentation is critical

As soon as Slack started to segment their self-serve users into buckets based on firmographic, technographic, and product usage criteria they were able to personalize messaging more effectively. Jake and his team created six distinct buckets for segmentation and then pushed different messages to those different audiences based on the objectives for each bucket.

⚡ Tying product actions to marketing touch

Jake sees the highest lift in engagement when you can tie product behavior to personalized messaging to customers. One example is using lookalike modeling from prior successful enterprise upgrades to target audiences that have 5 or 6 of the attributes of success and then messaging them to upgrade.

⚡ Tactics for driving users to plan limits and expansion

Video plus in product messaging was very effective for Zendesk in getting customers to expand beyond plan limits. Jake ran control tests between video and help desk content and video performed much better. This was a key driver in helping to push adoption and upgrades beyond their current tiers.
