Guylian has been sharing its wonders with the world since Guy and Liliane began crafting fine Belgian chocolate in 1958.

Since then, our artisanal chocolate creations have captured gazes, charmed tastebuds, and stirred imaginations. Some say it comes down to our seashell’s irresistible praliné filling made from in-house roasted hazelnuts. Others say it’s the inspiring shapes and delicate marbling. July 7th marks #WorldChocolateDay, a day for chocolate enthusiasts from all over the world. At Guylian, we want to celebrate this day by presenting our iconic chocolate Seashells in a renewed, elegant packaging that reflects the luxury within.

Our famous Seashells, filled with creamy hazelnut praliné (in 2 variaties Original or Dark), now come in a redesigned box with a central closure for easy access and a two-part seal to keep your chocolates fresh longer. Crafted with 100% ingredients from natural origin, premium Belgian chocolate, and Fairtrade cocoa, each bite is a true indulgence.

Inside the packaging, you’ll find the heartwarming story of Guylian’s founders, Guy and Liliane. Their journey from a romantic Belgian seaside trip to creating the iconic Seashells is a story of love and passion and a reminder of our heritage that is now foretold with every box.

Last Thursday we spent an amazing day with our sales and marketing teams, including our affiliates from Germany and the UK. We gathered in Knokke, the place where it all began for Guylian, to reconnect with our roots and forge stronger bonds across borders 💚
