At #Haitonginternational, we are committed to prioritizing the health and wellness of our employees. We have recently launched a new wellness initiative - a series of lunch and learn sessions to support our employees in leading healthier and more balanced lives, both in and out of the workplace. 

The lunch and learn session on Stress Management and Mindfulness held on July 30th was a great success, with excellent participation from our staff across different departments. Our expert speaker shared how mindfulness activates the body’s natural relaxation response, helps cultivate focus, and builds resilience. What’s more, we practiced mindfulness techniques including conscious breathing and meditation to find moments of calm amidst daily demands. 

This wellness initiative aligns with our ongoing commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our workforce, which is also one of the crucial components of our overall ESG strategy.

This year's "Care for the Elderly, Care for the Brain" volunteer program kicked off in June. Our recent 3D Printing workshops at Helping Hand Po Lam Jockey Club Housing for the Elderly were fun, sparking joy and creativity through composition and design among the elderly. 

It is unforgettable to see our staff across different departments explored the fun of 3D printing with the elderly in a collaborative manner. Also, we are thrilled to see how these meaningful workshops enhance cognitive skills but also foster a sense of community and mutual support, and to see the elderly engage with technology.
