The company also provides security services comprising security awareness training, surveillance, workplace safety and emergency management, consulting, security risk management, and technical installation services. In addition, it offers support services, which include front desk and reception, meeting and conference management, switchboards and service desk, concierge, mail and courier, document, executive and administrative support, and experience curation and management services. Further, the company provides energy management, asset management, building structure and fabric, critical environments, property maintenance, and waste management services. Additionally, it designs and delivers workplace strategies and solutions, such as portfolio strategy, curated experience and workplace strategy, workplace design, service design, relocation strategy, capital projects, mental rebuild, and co-working services. We’re excited to announce Mads Holm as the new Group CFO of ISS A/S.
Mads brings extensive experience from a background in various global senior finance leadership roles in large, listed companies, including significant equity market expertise. He joins ISS from Equinor where he is currently CFO of Equinor Renewables as well as Member and former Chair of the Board for Equinor Asset Management.

“As our new Group CFO, Mads will be an important addition to our Executive Group Management team. Mads brings extensive financial, operational, and transformational experience to the role and combined with his equity market experience, he will be an important driver in the next phase of the OneISS journey to deliver on our strategy, ambitions and financial targets. I am looking forward to welcoming Mads to ISS and our more than 350,000 colleagues,” says Kasper Fangel, Group CEO of ISS.
