MF BRANDS YOUTH ACADEMY is a unique, comprehensive and off-the-beaten-track training program, designed to help all our young talents reaching their highest potential and making an impact by enhancing their soft skills.
 
Resulting of a year’s joint reflection by our ten MF BRANDS’ YOUNG IMPACT COMMITTEE members, MF BRANDS YOUTH ACADEMY is a real investment in the promising future of our young talents, thanks to super high-profile interventions and trainings.
 
MF BRANDS’ YOUNG IMPACT COMMITTEE was created a year ago in line with MF BRANDS's strong talent development policy which encourages each of them to show initiative and make a difference. Its aim is to build bridges between our brands, by pooling our thoughts and involving our up-and-coming talents in the process.
