As 2024 begins, I am thrilled and very proud to announce the launch of the MF BRANDS YOUTH ACADEMY. 
 
MF BRANDS YOUTH ACADEMY is a unique, comprehensive and off-the-beaten-track training program, designed to help all our young talents reaching their highest potential and making an impact by enhancing their soft skills.
 
Resulting of a year’s joint reflection by our ten MF BRANDS’ YOUNG IMPACT COMMITTEE members, MF BRANDS YOUTH ACADEMY is a real investment in the promising future of our young talents, thanks to super high-profile interventions and trainings.
 
MF BRANDS’ YOUNG IMPACT COMMITTEE was created a year ago in line with MF BRANDS's strong talent development policy which encourages each of them to show initiative and make a difference. Its aim is to build bridges between our brands, by pooling our thoughts and involving our up-and-coming talents in the process.
 
And this is how the ten members of the Young Impact Committee, coming from all our brands and five different countries, have been setting up, with a lot of passion, talent and commitment, a Group initiative for the youth: MF BRANDS YOUTH ACADEMY.
