Founded in 2020 – Le Matin, or “the morning” in French is a French-inspired patisserie with an ever-evolving menu of unique pastries, expertly-crafted from exciting ingredients sourced from the world over.

Born amidst the turbulence of the 2020 epidemic, Le Matin Patisserie defied the odds and rose above the daunting challenges.

Our last day in ION Orchard will be on 29 February and we will be fulfilling the rest of our online orders for the month of February. From our inception, we have strived to uphold the values of creativity and excellence in everything we do. We are thrilled to announce our exclusive collaboration with AIR CCCC for the launch of SUNRISE, a new breakfast initiative starting on 15 November 2024. Join us on Fridays to Sundays from 8 AM, and indulge in fresh pastries alongside artisanal coffee and tea, all set against the stunning backdrop of AIR's front lawn and garden. Highlights of the limited menu include Le Matin’s signature creations, such as Kouign Amann made with exquisite Gula Apong sugar from Sarawak and the innovative Pain NO Chocolat, crafted from AIR’s unique Re-Incarnated “Chocolate,” which delivers all the flavour of chocolate without any cocoa. For those looking for something more savory, there will be delicious Charcoal Chicken Sausage Roll infused with fresh herbs from AIR’s garden, and the decadent Grilled Mushroom Cheese Toastie topped with AIR’s signature Mushroom “XO” Butter.
