Kathleen began her journey at Lincoln as a corporate receptionist after graduating from college. Through her interactions with executives, she developed a keen interest in the industry. Eager to gain hands-on experience in construction, maintenance and tenant solutions, she requested and was granted the opportunity to work on-site as a property administrator. Her dedication and hard work have since propelled her to the role of Assistant Property Manager.
 
Kathleen offers valuable advice for emerging professionals: "If you're passionate about something, make sure people know it. Don't be afraid to make your voice heard. When you have an idea, share it confidently. Speaking up and seeking guidance are key steps towards achieving your goals."

Although preferences for fully remote work differ across generations, the survey data is clear: all generations favor hybrid or in-person setups over fully remote work. Working from the office 80% of the time is the most popular setup for employees in the middle of their careers, specifically Millennials and Gen X.
