October is #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth. At the start of 2023, Brittney Douthit, Maggiano’s Marketing Manager, and her husband got the exciting news that they would be welcoming a son later in the year. In February, at 19 weeks pregnant, Brittney found a lump on her breast and later found out that it was Grade 3 invasive ductal carcinoma.

We had the privilege of hosting our Teammates at the RSC for their Ascend Graduation this week! Ascend is a year-long program for our high potential Assistant General Managers and Executive Sous Chefs that focuses on leadership development. We are so proud of our Teammates for their dedication throughout this year and look forward to all that they will accomplish in their restaurants. #Ascend2023

Maggiano's Little Italy Teammates had the best time attending the General Manager & Executive Chef Conference last week in Salt Lake City, Utah! During the conference, they discussed the true meaning of doing Whatever It Takes and their plan to “relavate” the brand going into F24. 
 
Throughout the conference, Maggiano's celebrated and honored Steve Provost and all that he has accomplished while successfully leading Maggiano’s. They also inducted three new leaders into the Hall of Fame – Russell Grimm, Dar McIntyre and John Gerarde.
