I’m proud to share that nearly 80% of our apprentices choose to continue their journey with Mars after completing their programmes, a testament to our focused initiatives.
 
In line with our commitment to building a diverse talent pipeline, we've been very intentional about creating additional pathways into our organisation as well as offering flexible training solutions.

La plateforme digitale de Phenix permet de centraliser les produits invendus avec précision, facilitant ainsi la logistique pour les associations.

We’re thrilled to unveil a transformative partnership with Einride as we commit to deploy 300 heavy-duty electric trucks across Europe by 2030. 
 
With the first two trucks delivered last week, this will save up to 400 tons of CO2e per year in Germany alone.
 
As part of our goal to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2050, we're accelerating our focus on reducing the impact of our logistics and embracing sustainable energy sources.

Redesigning our networks and transforming the type of transport we rely on are integral components of our efforts toward making significant carbon emissions reductions. Our aim is to cut those emissions in half by 2030.
