As summer comes to an end, so does our NIBC summer campaign... 
 
For our colleagues who didn’t go on holiday, the YoungNIBC and MyLeisure committees organized a variety of activities. We've shared many enjoyable moments: canoeing, bowling, golfing, and just yesterday, we wrapped things up with a surf & pizza event at Scheveningen.
 
We also brought some summer fun to the office by organizing a visit from the ice cream vendor, transforming our meeting rooms into holiday-themed spaces, and hosting a photo competition in our photo booth.
 
A big thank you to all the colleagues who organized and participated. Together, we created a fantastic, summery experience!

Renteverlaging!

Gezien de ontwikkelingen op de kapitaalmarkt verlagen wij per woensdag 7 augustus de rente. Voor 5 jaar rentevast daalt de rente met 0,30%! Ook de rentes op andere rentevastperiodes dalen mee, tot zelfs 0,40%. Deze rente geldt voor nieuwe aanvragen die ingediend worden vanaf 7 augustus.  

Naast de renteverlaging is ook nog steeds de extra rentekorting actief. Deze extra rentekorting is voor (nieuwe) klanten met een uitstaand saldo boven EUR 5 miljoen, waardoor je op een nog scherper tarief komt. Bijvoorbeeld, voor 5 jaar rentevast en 50% LTV wordt de rente 4,85%. Deze renteactie geldt voor alle nieuwe aanvragen, zowel voor reguliere financieringen als voor bouwfinancieringen.

As part of our summer campaign, NIBC's Young & MyLeisure committees organised many great activities in and outside our office in The Hague!

From canoeing and golfing to photobooths and a shared summer Spotify playlist, and inviting our local ice cream vendor to our courtyard during the lunch break—we made sure there was plenty to do for those who did not go on summer vacation.

Last week, we celebrated Pride across multiple NIBC offices with various activities.

At our headquarters in The Hague, we enjoyed a vibrant and colorful atmosphere with Pride drinks, delicious food, drinks, and music. Colleagues had meaningful discussions using ‘conversation starters’ to share what Pride means to them, tell personal stories, and discuss how we, as a bank, can support minority groups year-round.

Our London and Frankfurt offices also joined in the celebration, enjoying colorful cakes together in a Pride-filled environment.
