With over twenty five years experience and established reputations making premium wine with the big companies, these two long time friends decided to take control of their own destiny and craft small batches of wine from some of the best vineyard sites in South Australia. Join us for Vintage 2025! This (seasonal) casual position reports to the senior winemaking team and is required to be available from early February – late May 2025 to assist in processing fruit from all across SA’s Premium Wine growing regions – working with both white and red wines of various styles and varieties. Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to: • Must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid Australian work permit • Day to day winery operations and sanitation of equipment. • Good communication, time management and attention-to-detail • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team • A current driver's licence and reliable transport • Willing to work variable hours - overtime may be required during peak times.
