Join us for Vintage 2025! This (seasonal) casual position reports to the senior winemaking team and is required to be available from early February – late May 2025 to assist in processing fruit from all across SA’s Premium Wine growing regions – working with both white and red wines of various styles and varieties. Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to: • Must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid Australian work permit • Day to day winery operations and sanitation of equipment. • Good communication, time management and attention-to-detail • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team • A current driver's licence and reliable transport • Willing to work variable hours - overtime may be required during peak times.
