We show a steady progress on our transformation, realizing key strategic milestones, while continuing to deliver solid results. Managed by Omnisyst and local farm La Terra di Gaia ® earthworms play a crucial role in converting an annual 15 tons of cellulose powder into organic fertilizer. This initiative is just one part of our broader sustainability strategy to eliminate production waste by 2030. Yesterday, we reached an important milestone in reshaping our portfolio with a binding agreement to sell our Brazilian business to Softys . This will help us to focus on retail brands and healthcare in Europe and North America. The proceeds from the sale will further reduce our indebtedness, putting us in an even stronger position to execute our transformation.
