Yesterday, we reached an important milestone in reshaping our portfolio with a binding agreement to sell our Brazilian business to Softys . This will help us to focus on retail brands and healthcare in Europe and North America. The proceeds from the sale will further reduce our indebtedness, putting us in an even stronger position to execute our transformation.
