Good news! We’ve completed a licensing deal with TG Therapeutics, Inc. to develop azer-cel for autoimmune diseases.

The deal extends our cash runway into the first half of 2026 and funds our wholly owned In vivo gene editing programs PBGENE-HBV for chronic hepatitis B and PBGENE-PMM for primary mitochondrial myopathy through Phase I Clinical Data.

Precision remains focused on capitalizing on the utility of ARCUS for gene elimination, gene excision and gene insertion through the advancement of our wholly owned and partnered programs.
