Since launching in 2015, Primary offers an assortment of simple, beautiful, gender neutral styles known for their hand-me-downable quality, super soft and sustainable fabrics, and slogan-free designs. Our customers are passionate about our mission, which has led to incredibly strong repeat metrics and one of the highest NPS scores in the industry (85+). We are laser-focused on building a strong, sustainable and profitable (!!) business, and hiring the best people to help us get there.

We recently added two new members to the team: welcome Sophia Luu, Associate Technical Designer, and Joanna Cristadoro, CPA , Senior Director, Accounting! We are so excited to have you on board! 🎊 

We also unveiled our inaugural Core Value Awards. A HUGE shout out to Tanya Shyika for bringing our values to life in designing these beautiful icons! We believe that our team’s greatness lies in the ways we embrace our seven core values, and this was a big moment to celebrate all the ways each person at Primary bring each of these to life. These were peer-nominate awards, and the number and quality of the nominations was incredible. We’ll be doing these twice a year going forward and want to congratulate our first winners! 🎉 🎉 🎉
