Since August last year, we've been a corporate sponsor of the charity GAIN - Girls Are Investors, delivering on one of our commitments from our Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Action Plan. 

We recently hosted an event for a group of students at our London and Edinburgh offices, and gave them insight into our business, as well as our charity, the Quilter Foundation. 

They heard from colleagues who shared their career journeys, and had the opportunity to learn more about the roles in the investment industry by shadowing colleagues from a number of teams. They also received practical advice and guidance on developing a CV and how to prepare an application for a role.

A big thank you to our guests for being so engaged, and to everyone involved at Quilter. We look forward to hosting further events with GAIN in the future!

Our charity, the Quilter Foundation, recently partnered with Smart Works Charity, to support them by donating 1,000 wardrobe items.

We're thrilled to announce that we smashed our target, and with the help of our Quilter colleagues, friends, and families we donated over 1,000 wardrobe items to Smart Works.

Thanks to everyone involved and to our volunteers in each of our Quilter offices who assisted with collecting and counting the donations. Our Inclusion and Diversity Coordinator, Diana Christie, delivered the donations for the Birmingham location.

The wardrobe items received will make such a difference to the lives of those who are helped by the amazing work Smart Works do, boosting their clients confidence to reach their full potential.

Our chief operating officer, Karin Cook, shares with us her career journey so far, including the challenges she's overcome, and the help she's received along the way.

We're honoured to achieve the Gold LGBT Great Financial Services Standard for the completion of the Inclusion Index Benchmark Tracker (iiBT). The Gold standard demonstrates we have a proven high level of competency across all 10 iiBT indicators, with a score of over 80%.
