A licensed Chemical Engineer, Rubel began his career as a Chemical Technician. Hats Off to Kent Patingan! As a Hydrogeologist, Kent’s work focuses on groundwater and surface water data collection and interpretation. He also monitors seepage contributing to the overall safety of the mine site. He believes that integrity in the workplace means adhering to ethical standards, even when faced with tough decisions or temptations. Meet Philneromel Cuizon, a foreman from the Mobile Maintenance Department. As a foreman, Philneromel supervises the planning section, which allows him to collaborate with the section leaders in his department.
