This October, we’re putting the spotlight on prioritizing food quality and reinforcing sustainable healthy habits 🙌 During the month of October our in-app education will emphasize the importance of nutrient-dense foods and protein for sustaining energy. While these sessions are tailored for GLP-1 users, the insights are valuable for anyone looking to improve their diet. Throughout the month, the following videos will be available to active members via the Stronger U app each Monday: • 10/7 – Coach Heather Golubski shares tips for optimizing meals, especially when managing a reduced appetite. • 10/14 – Coach Jack Purdom explains the role of protein in energy levels and how to prioritize it. • 10/21 – Coach Andrea Johnson highlights the significance of nutrient-dense foods while on GLP-1 medication. • 10/28 – Coach Joe Huskey reveals his favorite nutrient-packed smoothie recipe (with a hidden veggie!). We’re also excited to challenge our community to increase vegetable intake with the “Eat Your Damn Veggies” challenge! 🥦🌽 The goal is simple: include vegetables in two meals a day throughout October.
