Women make up 45% of our global workforce and hold nearly 50% of management level positions within the company. In recognition of American Heart Month, we were proud to partner with the Congenital Heart Defect Coalition to put together Kits of Hope for young children with heart defects who are awaiting treatment in hospitals across the country. Our Taro team members in Hawthorne, NY, assembled 100 kits that will be sent to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, Cohen Children’s Center, Northwell Health, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Boston’s Children’s Hospital and Columbia Medical Center.
