National Apprenticeship Week is here! 📣 

Over the next 5 days, we'll be taking you behind the scenes of our apprenticeship programme, so stay tuned for inspiring stories, apprentice insights and updates about our 2024 vacancies. 

We're kicking off the week by introducing Laura Ennion, Apprenticeship Programme Advisor, and Grace Dunford-Elliott, Early Careers Apprentice, who are here to help, advise and support our apprentices whilst on their programme.

Our Customer Experience team and the service they provide is often overlooked, but they have played a huge role in THG’s global growth over the past 20-years and one of the reasons we have such high repeat customer rates as a group.
 
For several years now, the team has undergone the annual Customer Service Excellence (CSE) assessment, a national quality mark that recognises organisations that have a truly customer-focused culture, and following this year’s assessment, they have been recognised for:

✅ Placing our customer at the heart of everything we do.
✅ Using enhancements in automation and leveraging our Ingenuity platform to manage lower than industry contact centre costs.
✅ Most importantly, delivering exceptional customer service.
 
You might wonder how we do it, and the answer is simple. We use world-class technology to respond to customers at scale and speed, we invest in training and developing our incredible customer experience team, and we use data to resolve issues quickly and operate more efficiently.
