Back from celebrating 150 years of The Wine Society in Edinburgh at the weekend has left me reflecting on how far the #nonalcoholic category has come in the last few years. If you'd told me when I started at Three Spirit that we'd be creating a limited edition bottling of a wine alternative that doesn't taste like wine, for a wine membership club with fairly traditional tastes I'd have thought it unlikely. To then taste it in front of 800 of those members and get the feedback we did was quite amazing. Some people came back at the end of the session and said our drinks were the best they tasted all day, another lady said Spark was her 2nd favourite of the 25 she'd tasted. We were the only NA option there. It was weekends like this that make me really excited for the future of our category, thank you Pierre Mansour for believing in us to start with and Freddy Bulmer for your collaboration on the wonderful Botanical Brew for the Generation Series and 150th celebration 🥂
